I think that Christian Fundamentalists are NO DIFFERENT from us. I think that if they want to tear apart the environment then they have the power to do that. If they want fascism, they'll GET FASCISM. The U S of A is theirs, I don't claim it. I'm a citizen of only two true nations: Free Nation and No Nation. The state is Theirs because they put Their power into it. Let them have what is theirs. Let them be sheep, let them be oil-burning cancer-recieving greedheads. It is FINE. News doesn't affect them because, unlike us (when I say "us" I mean the Old World Religions or Chaosophists or Erisians or Plasticists or Model Agnostics or...well, you get it. Professional Heretics [for hire! hahaha]), they don't read the news. And if they see something they or their book doesn't agree with, they choose that their reality is not plastic, just as you and I choose that our reality IS plastic. They may demonize us, as we demonize them (Oh, well, maybe not you or I, but I notice a growing trend or cynicism towards christians, particularly fundamentalists...even [especially?] in RAW and Stang.)
Perhaps fundamentalist christians, the ones who choose to be slobbering brainwashed sheep who demonize us especially, are a real "test" or "lesson" if we choose for them to be. I don't blame them for problems in society. I really don't "see" any problems in society. Here I choose for the Principia Discordia to do my thinking for me: "All things are perfect/to every last flaw/when bound in accord/with Eris's Law". I'm really attempting to "purely" abolish all forms of "purity" from my mind or thinking. So there are no problems, JUST WHIRLING BALLS OF ACTION or VERB.
The Best Way (?) to "handle" Washington is to enter a mindset that realizes that Washington has ZERO EFFECT on your life, that you "should" take it as it is and find "perfection" in it. God in the Brick in the Wall, hey? Here I let RAW think for me: "There Ain't No Such Thing As Government Interference". To me, there is no nation but Free Nation. There is no other alternative (you're a slave to freedom).
In response to the scores of thousands of people Murdered by Nature: "MAN. THAT REALLY REALLY SUCKS. I CANNOT COMPREHEND WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. THEREFORE, YOU DO NOT EXIST TO ME." Face it, I don't think that they "really" exist to you either, unless you have some sort of personal connection to it. You are either like me and don't realize it or they do because it's directly affected you. Remember in The Hitchiker's Guide books and the Man Who Ruled the Universe? He completely operated his entire life in E-prime, and to cowardly avoid the weighty terror of the thought of thousands upon thousands of people dying like that, I'll say that they don't exist to me. It's sort of like my family, who I just finished visiting. All we did was play games. Board games, card games, etc...we never really once talked. I hadn't seen any of these people in at least six years, and a few of them I hadn't seen in eleven years. I'd rather play games and not get to know them before I'd pretend that I do when I don't. Get it?
As far as spirituality...I don't know.
Period. I've been raised in a virtual world. I was raised in surrealism and realitivity. Concrete things are mysterious to me, which is why I am attracted to Fundamentalist Christiantity (although that damn Book of the Subgenius really, really blew my mind.) The Environment is too concrete and abstract at the same time that I can't form any sort of spiritual opinion about it at all. I guess that if people do have a spiritual connection with plants then they should Do What they Would. You know. With that Whole of that Law. Will. Right?
Left?
This is way WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYY too long.
I was going to post something on my blog, so I'll post this there as well...I like it so much!
