Well although it took longer than expected I finally have notice some progress in my fight to be more healthy and in better shape. Kinda fell of the wagon during the winter month which really screwed me up but over all I have still manage to keep some gains. Weight wise I have gone down from 210lb around August to 188 now. Because of my hiccup during December to February where I wasn't going to the gym as much as I needed to there's really no noticeable difference from my progress pic in October to to the one I just took this week.

The weight loss that happen during this time I attribute to my better eating habits. My target weight is between 180-185 so that should take me long. Hopefully by next August I'll be closer to my goal of a leaner body.
