This image was taken from a Pro-Statehood march back home in Puerto Rico. For does who don't know about PR, it's a Latin-American territory of the USA in the Caribbean.

When the state quarters came out they also made some Territories ones as well. I got the PR one and I think DC but thats the last I heard about it.
