So I've been working out a lot more. Which is nice, I dont feel as slow and groggy as much as I did.
Its helping with my attitude as well, which is really nice.
I've been running A LOT more, going to the gym. I've found a big-ass tractor tire that I use along with a sledgehammer. Kettle bell work too.
Probably shouldve stuck with my resolution, but I'm already seeing and feeling the results.
Now I just gotta get my diet straight.

With all the cardio I've been doing, I've lost close to 15lbs already. The little definition and bulk I had is completely out the window. I look like I have the body of a 15 year old, haha.
Kind of sucks, but I can get that back easily.
