What inspired you to become a SuicideGirl?
"I had always admired the SuicideGirls, since I was an angry otaku teenager, and I never thought that it could be possible that a working-class girl from the southernmost country of the American continent could become one! And ta-daaa š»"
How did you come up with your SG name?
"Macross was one of the first anime I've seen as a child. My SG name was directly inspired by the combat ship named VF-1 Valkyrie. Valkyrie in Spanish is Valkyria, and thatās the story!"
How did you hear about SuicideGirls?
"I have Crohn's disease diagnosed more than 12 years ago. I had a strange relationship with my body and I needed to recognize myself in pictures. I started tattooing when I was very little (I got my first tattoo when I was 15 years old) and almost at my 23, 24 years old I started taking portraits in underwear and naked as part of that process. My mother is an artist and has always painted live models without clothes, nudity was not taboo for me, I always perceived it as an expression linked to art."
What did you do to celebrate your first SOTD?
"Iām an SG since 2015, my first set came out on July 8th (my birthday) so it fascinates me to celebrate my birthday and my anniversary within this wonderful community. Some days later when I saw the notification, 'Your set Breathe was selected as Set of the day!,' I cried and laughed simultaneously and felt that at last being "different" had its reward and recognition."
Tell us 3 interesting facts about you.
"Well, I have been an otaku since I was a child. Watching anime, reading manga, collecting action figures. I am an advanced student of psychology (next year I will get my degree) so I spent a lot of time studying and reading. Iām a cat rescuer too!"

"I have my own little shop of anime and manga merchandising, I design my own clothing too! I have worked in retail for fifteen years and finally I can work independently, and I can keep modeling too. I can collect figures and itās something linked with my job!"
Share some fun facts about the city you live in.
"We have telos (sex hotels)! Telos are as cheesy as they sound, there are telos for all social classes and everywhere. The shifts can be from two hours, you can even spend the night and all include breakfast. LED display counting down your minutes of āintimacyā, jacuzzis, wall to ceiling mirrors, kitsch furnishings, themed rooms (no joke!), sex toys on sale, and some give loyalty cards! You canāt help but feel like youāre in a dodgy 70s porno movie."
You're a gamer! š¹ļøTell us about your first experience gaming, your favorites as a kid and your current top 5!
"My first video game was a portable Tetris, then I received a Sega for my 8 year birthday and my life changed hahaha I am an expert in consoles now called vintage. My favorites as a child were Sonic games for Sega Genesis (especially Sonic II, Sonic III and Sonic and Knuckles), Dynamite Head, Mortal Kombat (especially MK III, MK III and III ultimate), Earthworm Jim, Sam & Max, Tiny Toons for Sega Genesis, Star Fox 64 for Nintendo 64.
My top five:
1) NieR: Automata: I am fascinated by the story, the character construction, the OST, the character design, the Japanese voices, the nods to psychology and philosophy, the cadence and the drama.
2) NieR Replicant: for the same reasons as Nier Automata, Yoko Taro is a f * cking genius.
3) Bayonetta: the history, the character desing. Bayonetta is a sexy and powerful heroine. It's a very difficult game that I haven't had time to finish yet!
4) Cuphead: It is difficult but it is a wonderful game to play in pairs! I love its retro aesthetic, the details are incredible.
5) Mortal Kombat X: I can't be objective, I love the whole Mortal Kombat saga!'
Tell us about your pets and any animals you fostered.
"My greyhound dog is called Osiris, he is rescued from greyhound racing. there are currently seven cats in my house: Artemisa, Drogon, Osa, Tira MisĆŗ, Lola, Sasha and Mister. Iām also an independent cat rescuer, I have had more than 20 cats in my house and I always have rescues and transits that are here with me until I get adopters."
Who are you favorite musicians and bands?
"My fav bands are Meshuggah, Gojira, Opeth, System of a Down, Megadeth, Metallica, Mastodon, Periphery, System of a Down, Pantera, Leprous, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Yes, and so many more. I really enjoy pop music and J-pop too, I love Lana del Rey and Lady Gaga. Of course I also really enjoy my anime playlists."
What's your favorite anime?
"I watch A LOT of anime, my fav titles are Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, Shingeki no Kyojin, Jujutsu Kaisen, Tokyo Revengers, Sailor Moon, Steins Gate, Jibaku ShÅnen Hanako-kun, Given, Banana Fish, Violet Evergarden and so many more!"
