I just woke up to a lovely package from amazon.

Someone got me new music! I will be listening to it tonight when I've finished with my daily work stuff.

I may even dance.

I haven't done any solo dancing in awhile.

I have been having a rough couple days. I've been really lonely and kinda sad. and my physical pain level is spiking again.

Sometimes movement helps, stretching. Sometimes it does not.

I am truly grateful for the gift...whoever sent it. I have been having a very difficult set of days, and this very much brought a bright spot to my week.
