Praise to the mediocrity of men
Even though I'm remimded on a regular basis how dumb some people can be, I'm amazed everytime like it was the first. This morning, I get up, I'm still half asleep, completely unwilling to face the brutish realities of this new day unfolding before me and even less so without at least a litre of coffee. So, I stumble to the kitchen, start scrounging around for everything I need for my daily fix of caffeine and I realise that I was just too lazy to go out for milk yesterday, prefering to push the problem back to a later date (one of my personal favorite ways of problem "solving"). After about five minutes of debating which was the lesser evil, if I should face the cold outside or have coffee without milk, I opt to brave the winter. The fact that I didnt have any food left in the house influenced my decision a little. At this juncture, a little background info is needed. Primo, I live in the middle of nowhere. no joke, population 1200 and the closest corner shop is like 25 minutes away by foot. So basically, you end up driving everywhere. Secundo,my appartement has a huge back yard parking space. We're talking room for something like 15 cars. On this particular morning, my car is the only one there. That is to say, the only one, except someone visiting my neighbor who, for god knows what reason (though my theory is the human social instinct to form groups...) this guy decides to place his car just right to box mine in. He could have parked anywhere, like I said, tons of room, but no, he had to squeeze in back of my car.
Anyway, I just realised how not very interesting this all is, but it still feels good to express how stupid people can be
