As you might have read in the news the GOI took control of Baghdad again and seriously, they dont want much from us anymore, so that frees up a lot of time. I've watched some pretty shitty movies hah. I've watched some gems like "Street Fighter: Legend of Chun Li" and yes it is as horrible as it sounds. Anyhow I've watched some good ones and I'm starting to see a really disturbing trend. Some of the movies I'm referring to:

Super Bad
I Love you Beth Cooper
Role Models
College

There are more but those are the few that come to mind right now. The trend is that somewhere in there is a story of a young man who really likes a girl and just WONT FUCKING KISS HER when it's painstakingly obvious that he should. "I Love You Beth Cooper" is possibly the worst. The girls literally get naked in front him and run giggling into the showers. The only other method of getting naked with a girl that's more efficient than that is roofies. I mean seriously. My concern is, is that what women are expecting of men these days? When did it become so bad for a man to be a man? I was under the impression that women like a man who will say exactly what he wants to say and generally not be a wimp and just ask her out. But the whole tight jean craze came back and guys actually go to the girls side to shop again (it's not new. comes from the 80's) so I guess we're suposed to be more and more....feminine. Sorry but not me. Maybe I'm a dumb grunt but I just think a man should be man. Maybe it's just me I dont know
