This weekend's going to be insane. Hope I don't get overloaded around the masses and within my smaller group of friends. At least the rides will provide breaks from hearing multiple conversations at once all around me. For the same reason, I do better at clubs than at bars; at least the music is loud enough so that I only have to pay attention to one main auditory input.
Randomness: I have to work out my arms with 10-pounders nearly every day or else I feel shitty. It's as though my body demands that I stay toned or else. Don't know how I lived without these weights in my home before. I remember feeling the same way while growing up in Miami, hence all the tree and awning beam climbing. I work everything else out using resistance exercises as well (squats and push-ups), but I guess maybe my arms are least used by daily routine activies and need extra work. They never change size no matter what the intensity, but I'm fine with that.

I have 15 lb ones, but I keep having to go back down to 10. Maybe I can start by using them only once a week...
