To be healthy is important for every of us. I wanna share my own opinion and advice how to keep yourself in best shape.
And wait your comments and proposition about your tricks for health:)
#1Sex
Best source of immunitet, good mood, fit body and positive emotion. How can You ill if U have a lot of power and make yourself health by this 'cure'?
#2Sport
Sport make body strong, help heart works better and blood circulate normal -> bring air to all cells and controls correct organs work
#3Food
Balanced nutrition, eating of sufficient amounts of vitamins, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, micro- and macro elements. Also avoid food that lowers immunity.
#4Air
Breath clean air, aerate home to protect life from viruses and the poison what they can made.
#5Not to freeze
Keep body (particularly legs) warm, put good clothes.
#6Knowledges
You should know rules how to keep body healthy. Than U easily can do right moves and avoid troubles.
