Well, we're back from Sicily and still trying to prevent real life from creeping back up. A 2-week vacation will do that to you. Unfortunately, I've basically just used up my vacation time for the year. It was worth it. And I did get to see great-grandpa's village in the mountains of Sicily... so neat!
Also, oddly, although my last name is pretty uncommon in the US, it appears to be a relatively common name in Sicily. I got a lot of comments, not to mention weird looks (not many Italian redheads out there) from locals.
EDIT: Forgot to mention-I got a Wii. I'm excited... I've even got Trauma Center: New Blood.

That is what vacation time is for. At least you got to burn it all in one shot, as opposed to my pain in the ass boss who won't let me take more than 3 days at a time.
