Ok its been quite a while but i have been rather computerless until now well not even now Im borowing a friends computer smile Mines still being fixed. Its stampede right now in Calgary and seriously I hate this town during stampede. People are rude (more than normal) and totally get on my nerves. Plus Im terrifed of crowds, if im with a person i trust i can be okay in them, but they make me so uncomfortable. The only kind of crowd that doesn't particularily bug me is concert crowds not sure why but i kinda love them smile I went on a sketchy date with some super crazy guy last night and I'm totally serious when i say I have no idea how i get myself in those situations. why cant i just meet a normal nice guy with a brain who likes music and has read a book that he didn't have to read for school smile I dyed my hair again so its cute and no blonde roots tongue

I mean...try not to worry too much about it...I think I contradicted myself lol.

If you're going to be a physics prof., be prepared. Ultimately, if you get tenure, its great because you have job security. But, its finding/earning that security is a bitch. You could end up bouncing from post-doc to post-doc for 8-10 years before you find a tenure track position, depending on your field. The sucky ones are the one-year positions. You get there and you immediately start looking for another job! Its nuts. I'm going to look for a 2-3 year position.

But, I know a guy who graduate from here and found a professorship right then. So...who knows.
