if I'm ever going to have sex again, I need to stop surrounding myself with images of terrifying vaginae.

WOULD YOU TRADE:
The life you know, complete with the occasional excitement and peppered with letdowns and lengthy periods of boredom and drudgery,
FOR
A significantly shorter life, creatively edited to accentuate the good in order to punctuate the bad, filled with things done for dramatic emotional emphasis of a central theme, that other people could take and use to give their own lives a measure of improvement?

Re: computer names.
I was excited about Excelsior, because it sounds very big and important, and because I am told that it means something like "ever higher" in Latin, which is a very big and important-sounding language. I also know that the word is used to refer to "fine curled wood shavings used especially for packing fragile items." I don't think I'll have it, though, as nice as it sounds. It isn't a girl's name, for one thing, and when a man names his gadgets or his vehicle, it must be with a girl's name. That's just how it's done.
I liked Valkyrie very much. It certainly fills both the girl's name (of a sort...) and the manly-beating-of-the-chest requirements (Valhalla AM I RITE?). But it feels a little over-used. I dunno, I'm still considering it.
I dismissed Tor Coolguy, The Silver Nemesis, and Madame Dominatrix out of hand for various reasons. Tor Coolguy, for instance, smacks of a hairy, male porn star, and Madame Dominatrix is a little bit too vague. I still love you guys, though.
Marmot was an interesting entry, I thought, until I realized that it wasn't an entry. Shame.
