Hello all,...

So it's Monday morning, and I am 20min early for work... 7:40am! smile

Strangely I feel quite good for a dreaded Monday. Could be that the traffic from the Coast flowed like lava, and there were no speed bumps of any sort to contend with... oh and Nova was most entertaining this morning.. biggrin

Good to hear things seem well, even if it turns out to be just for today.
I ran outside and washed my car in that storm. The rain was like ice falling from the sky, I'm surprised I'm not sick!

I worked with my brother and his wife at our booth at a small local renaissance fair. The weather Saturday was lovely, and our sales were surprisingly good for a first day. Sunday was cold, and we even had a brief hailstorm. Because of the weather, not many people came to the fair, so sales were abysmal. Next weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, the weather is supposed to be nice, so here's hoping that lots of families show up with lots of kids who want to buy wooden swords and shields.

Today I take the old dog to the vet to decide his fate. He's a sixteen year old lab, and his hips are giving out. He can still get around, so hopefully his prognosis will be good. However, no one wants an animal to suffer, so we'll see.

I have been good lately with the buying of beads - I haven't. It helps that I don't have my car at the moment but yes it can cost a lot of money.

I was hoping for a sleep in this weekend but it is not going to happen. frown

It's a pretty muggy hot night here in Sydney...

Was hoping for a storm or some rain to relax the air a bit... As forecast I might add!!! But only a few drops around 6pm. frown

I consider a blog to be a mind-dump a lot of the time, especially here, people are so lovely and accepting of almost anything you want to say.
