work at the shop has picked up, and now it seems as if when making appointments, people are getting pissy with me. I mean, c'mon. the whole deal is; someone got there before you and left a deposit. What the fuck do people expect? I cannot shove someone in the spot thats already been reserved and paid for. its rude. and im sorry, but youre just not more important than any other person who walks in with a deposit.

why do people assume they're so much more important??
