friday i go see my doctor and will probally be cleared back for work. i think im ready to go back i guess ill find outsoon enough. since iv been gone the place has gone non smoking, so it will make me cut back. only can smoke in certian spots out side the prison itself. also means having to get up at 4:30 in the morning.

yesterday was my oldest sons 8th birthday. i cant believe hes 8 seems like he was just born.
