Christmas is finally over and can now get back regular hours and eating habits. 7 months to shed 40 to 60 pounds and get ready for the Lost in the Rocks mountain bike rice, The race is 62km and suppose to be on of the toughest rides in Ontario through swamps, sandpits and some very steep hills.
