I guess you could say I stared my New Year’s resolution early. I’ve been doing 15-20 minutes of yoga every night for a month now. I have muscle pain and problems in my back, neck and shoulders. Most likely from my arthritis and just age. Acupuncture has helped, but I was told yoga would also help relax the muscles and help with pain. After a month, yes I can say if has.
