Salt water ladybug no bigger than a grain of sand and baby Pygmy seahorse about 4mm or 1/4" in size..both pics taken at about 20 Meters or 60 ft deep.

Not too bad now @motherofdragons the swelling is almost gone and l started physio today,also can now walk without crutches which is great just a matter of time before l will be firing on all cylinders again😉
