Last week I watched 'At the River I stand.' If you're into History then rent it. If you're not, rent it anyway. It's about the Sanitation Worker's strike in Memphis and the weeks leading up to Martin Luther King's assasination. I need to go out to the Civil Rights Museum. Shame on me for living in Memphis and never visiting it.
We have the kids this weekend. I just got back from running errands and I got them "Scooby Doo Meets Batman." Batman and Scooby are their two favorite cartoon characters. I have a speech to write and some chapters to read for class Sunday, so I'll be in search of a quiet study spot!

i know how it is taking assloads of notes everyday... i probabally took like 5 pages of notes or more in my poly sci class last semester, and that was only an hour class....

Jeremy and I dyed our hair purple last night. I dyed his whole head 'Pimpin Purple', cut four inches off mine, and we dyed the bottom layer of my hair purple. I figured if it's blond on top that my boss can't say too much. I've got to take a picture of it!

You could go to what we refer to as a "Doc in the Box." They have names like MedEmerg, CLinicPlus, etc. Most of them have a flat fee for a visit, and will accept credit cards. If he's honestly, dangerously ill, I'd grab a book, pack a lunch and take him to the ER. You may go into debt, but they will HAVE to evaluate him.
