Well, I decided I want to try skydiving... THere are two different kinds of skydiving for your first jump... There is a tandem jump where you are strapped onto an instructor.... This type takes about 20 minutes of instruction. The second type is called accelerated free fall. AFF takes about 6 hours of class time prior to the jump and you jump out of the plane and have two instructors at your sides (you aren't strapped to anyone). This jump goes towards one of your 8 (or 12 I can't remember) jumps required to jump by yourself. AFF is more expensive too but there is an outfit in Perris, Ca that has a skydiving resort. One of the people I work with skydives and after talking to her it sounds like the most badass thing ever. So, I decided I am going to take the jump. THe only problem is no one has the balls to go with me... oh well.
