And now it's time to post a blog....
It is quite in the house... The cats and guinea pigs are napping, the house work is caught up, the doggie-pup is watching daytime TV, and I... I am in my office. I am listening to the lazy rain fall in the gray daylight outsid emy window, with fragrant candles lit I sit here at my computer pondering the amazing art I cast my eyes upon yesterday at Art Prize. I think of a few of the piece often, wondering how I could ever capture beauty like that for others to behold...
Oh but I have... With my camera. I have captured nature at it's most primal, womanly beauty too lucious for words with hopes of catching more soon, I photograph at least something every day and add it to my collection of days.
The writing bit of my creative self... Hmmm.... Not so much as of late. Like I told my husband- my writing will pick up when it grows cold and snowy outside.
This weekend looks promising for more photo taking- the lovely Kirin has invited me to meet her BF Tao and Coffee and to take snaps of them looking adorkable.
After all the art, all the wonder the past two days in Grand Rapids (here)...
This is what I walked away from having drawn the most emotion-

kirin:
I can't wait to see you again!!! Did I tell you I did an impression of what the piggies sound like when hubby is going to feed them for my BF and he couldn't stop laughing? I'll give you a demonstration when you're here.
