Holy shit I need to get back in shape. Out on my mountain bike up in the hills and forests behind my house today. iPod turned up full, head down and my dog Jess running along beside me. Ace fun at the time but how sore is my butt and legs now. Ohhhh. I didn't realise I had gotten so unfit over Christmas. I need a massage and a hot bath.
