Don't worry about it. There's a good mix of anal people and really nice people, and I've not come across too many people I didn't like. You'll like the site - welcome.

And don't fret about the thread starting either - I've only ever started one thread and it reached 2 pages before it died.....so I figured I was much better at responding than starting. Eventually we'll both be cool with being thread starters, just give it a while.
