I have been away for much too long. Not that I've been away from SG, I just haven't been posting on this blog at all lately. Apparently, it's been more than a month. I really need to start using this thing more, and getting into the community so that I can discover cool things about music and art and whatnot.
Lately, I have felt the need to dance. I haven't been to a club in a long time. I need to go and have a couple of drinks and be Terrible Drunk Dancing Guy sometime soon. It's just a matter of convincing Ashley that going out and partying will somehow make you less tired and stressed after working a 60 hour week. She works longer and harder than I do for less money. It's insane, but I totally respect it. She does what she needs to to get by. Hopefully, both of us will have better jobs soon, so that she won't have to work so damn much.
Hell, even if I just get a better job, I can take some of the load off of her. Not in a "man must support his woman" kind of way, but just in the sense that, if I earn more, my portion of the burden of living expenses goes up accordingly. It's the whole "we're partners, not roommates" deal. Roommates go 50-50. Partners go according to what they bring to the partnership. If I make twice what she does, it goes 66-33. Vice versa if it were her making double what I make.
Anyway, the point of this is not some kind of weird Economic of Romantic Relationship thing. The point of this post is to say, "I WANNA DANCE, MUTHAFUCKA!!"
