Cloud Peak, the highest peak in the Big Horn Mountains. You can see the mountains from the window of my old bedroom at my parent's place on a clear day, despite the fact that the mountains are more than 100 miles away. the trashy smell and constant stupid crowds of new york make me a little homesick. id at least love to go back to my old apartment in san francisco, where the first thing i always smelled when i stepped outside was the salt air blown off the bay.

my life in pictures of late:
the job search. 30+ resumes in a little under two months, and i havent received so much as an interview request. another couple of weeks of being fairly selective and ill start applying for everything. trying to stay calm about it, but im fuming inside.
been watching live tour de france coverage on versus.com.
been paying more attention to my crested gecko, atticus. hes supposedly nocturnal, but he likes to keep odd hours.
played through the first mass effect on renegade. going to go back through on paragon before i play ME2.
ive been riding my bike (2008 specialized roubaix elite) a lot lately. usually about 35-40 miles in the late afternoon. need to pick up my cadence a bit so my knees and right hip will stop hurting, but ive been getting faster and my lungs are finally starting to catch up to my legs.
Epi LP 100. i bought it as a birthday present to myself a few months ago, and not having a job as given me the time to pick it up. still learning basic cords and getting my fingers into shape, which hasnt been that fun with digits like mine.
That sucks about the job hunt, I'll keep you in my good thoughts.
*hugs*
