sleep seems to be evading my grasp more and more these past few months. I normally sleep around 2 to 3 hours a night now and its affecting me adversely at work. At first I tried counting tricks to fall asleep; count by 3's backwards from a set number multiplication tables, etc cetera. They worked at first but eventually they stopped and back to not sleeping I went. I have tried herbal supplements and those also worked for a short time as well. But now all that is left is prescriptions and I have been on those before they work but my mind is foggy all day and I feel like I am not in control of my body. So back to not sleeping. Maybe the maxim is true, plenty of time to sleep when you're dead...
