This week Bloghomework is about an easy thing I do to maintain fitness!
Here's a random pic of me tired after training at the gym, just to ilustrate this blogpost, because going to the gym is not the answer to this!
The easy thing I do every day to keep me fitness, is stretchings before I go to sleep. At night is that time that I don't have anything more to do and I'm just preparing to go to bed, so, it's easy to take 10 minutes to take care of my body.
Stretchings can release the tensions in the whole body and produce a relaxing sensation.
Wellness can come from easy actions, and I truly believe that when you start doing something and feel the good effects of it, you get motivated to keep doing other things to cooperate with the same purpose.
If I could answer another easy thing, it would be drinking water! I love buying different bottles and I always keep one beside me everywhere I go. So, it's easy to control the amount of water I had during the day.
