This Tuesday 3PM PST it’s time for some Yoga with me! I need your help answering this questions so I can prepare something that attends the needs I’m going to check here. So:
1 - Do you feel pain on your body? Where?
2 - What you imagine that yoga can help you?
3 - What body part you need/want to stretch the most?
4 - Do you practice some regular physical activity?

how cool, I can't lose! well I feel a lot of back pain in general, and I really wanted to reach my foot without bending my legs hahaha

I'm really anxious for your Livestream! Well, here is the answer: 1) I feel a lot of pain on my low back; 2) I think it could help me with my lower back pain and stretching; 3) I'd like to stretch my legs again!; 4) I'm not practicing any activity at this moment.
