As you might know, I’m also a yoga teacher. I decided to teach how to meditate and daily meditations to help everybody during quarantine.

In this quarantine period, the cases of depression, anxiety, panic syndromes will tend to increase.
From Yoga point of view, we can think that no one has anxiety attacks, for example, without thinking. During deep sleep stage, people do not feel tormented because there have no thoughts. That is why many people with depression tend to sleep a lot.
However, our thoughts cannot be responsible for creating problems, especially in this delicate period of pandemic.
For this, meditation.
