Ok so obviously those weren't my words... I'll let you guess whose words they were first. But I strive hard for self-degradation so it must always be someone else's words before my own.
Today I burned a 5 note. I was listening to a song by Therion when I first caught sight of the crumbled up scrap of paper with the queen's head sadly twinkling upon the carpet. Of course I held the lighter directly against her head! And when it was burning and for several mintues afterwards I experienced an incredible 'high'- my spirit soured. I love natural highs. Alas they don't happen often... Before it was a Nothing, an anonymous whore that I would have soon traded for something better. But now, now it is the most beautiful 5 I've ever known.
