The Seattle gig has come and gone. I had a costume that kept "malfunctioning" and a bundle of nerves so thick I thought I might puke. 20 minute solo sets..... good lord, and people were actually watching me. I've never left a stage swimming in so much sweat and uncertainty. Adrenaline is a strange thing, it can make you faster and stronger, but apparently it can also grant flexibility one never knew they posessed. Who knew I could get my head so close to my ass? (I mean literally, I do it figuratively all the time...)
I love Seattle though... If I were to list my top destination cities I'd have to put it up near the top. You know people outside of Vegas use their brains.... like daily? Shocking.
Now its over and I have nothing to stress or obsess about until the next out of my genre gig crops its head up. I guess I'll finish packing up my shit and actually move to LA.
Heres to facing my fears. Cheers.
