Ok so this guy that has been living in our building for the past two years just decided to try and dick us over. 
He was our friend but he fucki8ng decided he wanted to move but never gave us proper notice and when we said we were changing the locks because we had to go to FL and do hurricane cleanup he called the cops and said we were keeping him from his stuff. Which the cop found out was not true which in turn pissed her off for him wasting her time. He has called them twice so far and nothing favorable for him has come out of it. Thanx to him calling the cops we found out we can sue him(which we stated to his face in front of the cop we were going to do.)He had his dipshit buddies come yesterday and help him move..we videotaped everything so nothing could be misconstrued by either side. He fucking has had every landlord he has ever had sue him and he is 35 and still can't live without help from his mommy. His mommys ste up a trust fund for him so9 he could survive because all he wants to do is fucking paly computer. Erik Keyser you are a waste of human space. We were nothing but super nice to you for 4 years and you tried to dick us.We fucking floated your rent and utilities for 8 months and not once did you repay us in any way. Finally your mommy got your trust fund to pay us the $2,000 some dollars you owed us(which made you have a temper tantrum and decide if you had to actually pay or work for rent then you were going to leave.)No 30 day notice ever just one fucking phone call to Walt while he was in fucking busy traffic merging on 270 near DC...and then when Walt said he couldn't talk and we would talk later you never called us. We left you very nice notes stating that we needed notice and yadda yadd and you still avoided us. We called you the day before yesterday to talk and you said you weren't dressed and you would come out when you were. We waited for three fucking hours while we listened to you play computer in your room. You keep insisting we are dicking you..fucking grow up and take responsibility for your own actions. You are 35 and no one wants to be around you. You will die alone and no one will know until you start to rot. Woman hate you and you are just a stupid git. Hope you ahve a nice life working at your family's deli because that is the only job you can hold because you are such a fuckup. I pity your fucking mom because of what she has to deal with. 
Anywho..enough negativity..i am still kinda sick and haven't been able to do any sets because of the above mentioned dipshit. Hope every one is having a wonderful week and if any of you ever go to Miller's Delicatessen in Pikesville,MD ask for Erik Keyser and tell him he is a fuckup and a loser.
*UPDATE*The fucking loser has not come back or contacted us to remove his garbage and the rest of his shit. So tonight at midnight when his lease runs out we get to bill him by the hour for how long it takes to clean up.And he will have to pay for the flipping of our dumpster as well...We have him on video saying it was all trash but he wanted to come back and clean it up,we even offered on video to clean it up but he just walked away from us...he will be very sad when we serve him with papers sueing him for half of a months rent which he owes us and this new bill.Especially since my man doesn't get out of bed for less than $43.75 an hour

Wierd, you throw away art stuff too? I sometimes refer to myself as a "Trash Can Artist" because I trow so much of my stuff away. In fact, I think that the oldest stuff I have around is stuff I did like, two years ago max. It's kinda sad I think....A whole warehouse? That's cool....I'd love to have a large area to work in..that's help as far as art, music, illegal adult films, etc. etc...Also my shitty beetle needs some minor work and I'd love to repaint it myself. Hey, weren't the "shitty beetles" a band in Waynes World? Well..I think that they were actually the "shitty beatles"..but still...Any pics of the other wall paintings?
