Has anyone seen that deleted scene in High Fidelity where John Cusack visits Beverly D'angelo at her enormous mansion to look at a record collection that she is selling dirt cheap?
That happened to me today. It is what every record geek dreams of.
I purchased about 700 mostly jazz LP's. All are circa late 40's to early 60's. Tons of Count Basie, Coleman Hawkins, Earl Hines. I won't tell you how much I paid for them all cuz, like me, you'll probably cry.
I am in a stupor.
