Coachella was an experience. Besides the terrible heat, it was a great show. I am sure everyone has talked about it so I will just list my top 6 performances.
1) The Pixies
2) Radiohead
3) Broken Social Scene
4) Air
5) Mogwai
6) Sage Francis
The Pixies were fucking incredible and with Radiohead to follow, those two performances alone made...

i will second that comment on eternal sunshine! it was such an amazing movie! there was a quote...near the end, when he's remembering the day they first met, he asked her what he should do (now that he would have no more memories of her) she said somehting like just take it all in right now. and to me it explained almost exaclty how i feel about life.

'Happy songs for happy people' and God Speed You Black Emperor's 'Lift yr skinny fists like atennas to heaven' have not left my cd player for months now. Music is so ridiculously beautiful.....Im sure all my other cds are jealous.

i agree - i kinda like my bands to remain indie. but i'm always a little torn, cuz i also want them to do well - they deserve it.
but i'm still reeling from the nissan commercial.

the LA modest mouse show is on tues, 3/23. and they play in anaheim on sat 3/27. i missed out on buying tix too. i wasn't sure if i was going to be in town or not and now they're both sold out. let me know if you have any luck on ebay.

Still no cell phone... I did get a job working at a pharmacy, yes I did say "pharmacy" and its pretty chill. I deliever meds to customers, a real drug pusher.

I just saw the most amazing concert. I think I might have to put this one in my top 3, definatley top 5, and I have seen so many amazing groups/shows. Notwist is amazing live. On a more down note someone jacked my cell phone yesturday. I was upset and happy at the same time. I hate cell phones, but then again when its your only way of communication it's terrible.
