So New Years is in a few days. It's time to think over what my priorities are and stick with them.
1. Go back to college.
This is perhaps the next biggest event in my life. I need to go to college. I am going to start at Seattle Central and work my way up.
2. Focus on a major.
When I went to college in NC, I strayed everywhere from journalism, political science, art, etc. I enjoyed the subjects dearly, but I just don't see myself getting into any of these fields. Just recently I had to ask myself...what is one area that's in high demand that I have always shied away from? That's in math and sciences. To keep a long story short, these are areas I KNOW I can excel in, but I've neglected due to sheer in high school. I tried settling for the "Next best field" when I should have been concentrating in these areas. From now until next Fall I will work hard to get myself back to that level. Where that will go, I don't now. Now don't get me wrong, I still love arts, literature, and history...I especially love writing...but I just don't feel that's where my life should be headed.
3. Cut back on unnecessary expenses.
If 2008 was a year to "Get back to speed", 2009 will be the year to "Cut back" on unnecessary stuff. I still have plans on buying a few newer games next year (maybe one game every 2-3 months), but it'll be nothing to the extent of last year. I'll have more time to focus on studying and on finishing up the games I already have.
Wish me luck while I work on these resolutions!

Overall, find something you would like to do, and do it. If you're enjoying it and feel passionate about it, you'll find some way to make money with it.
Well, spending bad money is bad. Good luck with your command of preferences!
