It's been kind of a boring week.
Amazon did ship my game with 2-day shipping last Wednesday, unfortunately with Thanksgiving and the weekend, I still have to wait until Monday until I recieve it. I also had to work yesterday, I got to get off early, so it wasn't that bad...but still...
I was lucky and got the complete Buffy box-set on sale for $70 on Amazon! It normally retails for $200. I always had the hots for Sarah Michelle Gellar and Allison Hannigan. When I did eventually worked on the show as a background actor (an Extra), it was a blast. The sad thing is that I never actually did watch the show when I was younger, my parents were a bit...ehh...religious and the thought of me watching a show featuring demons scared the crap out of them. My mom still thinks to this day that it's possible for spiritual beings to somehow possess someone by watching a TV show or film.
The irony in all of that the series of short stories I am writing is essentially about demons. Fun huh? So yeah I've been working a lot with this theme. I have the setting fleshed out, I just can't figure out a good way to end the story.
In other news, I ordered a complete set of Castlevania figures, I especially love Alucard and the Succubus!
