It goes Brooklyn from the seven one eight. I am street. I will cut you. Actually I'm pretty nerdy, got bored went through old video tapes in the basement. I watched Roman Polanski's Macbeth the other night. I liked it, although I'm not a big fan of the scottish play (except for the "to-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow" speech, which I love so much I wrote it on my shoes!! dorkdorkdork), I'm more a melancholy dane kind of girl. I do love the way it begins, with the aftermath of a battle that you never get to see...there's a sense of the story unfolding at the edges of things, lurking in the outskirts of the narrative while main events stay out of focus...off to the side. The film catches that nicely, with the sounds of the unseen fray accompanying the opening credits..spoo0oky. Polanski's witches are great too, pagan in a wonderfully Wicker Man sort of way. ::sigh:: why am I alive? Oh yeah. eBay.
