I love smart girls. Marlena just called she played the harp and we talked.. my brain had an orgasm. It burned.
School gave me two weeks vacation AND a hearing with the super nintendo of the district. Two weeks of what? I could catch up on some reading!
I've barely settled in but I am contentedly scheming away; I have wicked designs upon the wall, which is always satisfying.
Oh! Shit for brains! Bring me some more coffee, you big pussy, and take that stupid hat off!
Currently reading A High Wind in Jamaica by Richard Hughes... must remember to buy his books of children's stories too, I read one in an anthology once and it was beautifully cruel and insightful. Like your eyes? No. Like my boots. He takes a remarkably unsentimental view of childhood, particularly for someone writing in the '20s; High Wind... reads like a whimsical English novel gone mad and dreamlike.
I figure.. I am not made up as i have always supposed, of successively enriched packets of my own parts. Shared, rented, occupied and goddamn stagnant. Cellular division, but with a remainder!!
