no problem. some people always turn every thread into a browser war in that group. it's tiring. anyway, that method should let you set cookies straight from the widget so you don't need to set it with an external browser. you should also check out how the gmail widget uses authentication. it doesn't create a cookie, instead, it logs in and creates a token that is carried after every url.

If you like the Alien movies, you should see a short film made by an indepent director. It's called Batman vs. Predetor vs. Aliens, or something like that. It's really good for a 15min long movie short. It makes you wish that it was an actually full length movie!
