Last night, I lost my last nerve with my current job. The managers lie, pick favorites, and basically steal from us. I've been with the company for 5 years now, and I think that deserves at least a recognition, don't you? Before I went and lived in Virginia for 6 months, I was a closer and a trainer, so when I moved back I figured I could be one again, but I was told that I had to work my way back up to those positions. Okay, that is completely understandable. However, I've been back in Phoenix for over a year, and I have yet to close ONCE or train anyone. There are about 10 people who started AFTER I got back and they are either closing, training, bar tending, doing head wait, or even managing. So, last night, not only was someone who has only been at this job for about 3 or 4 months in a closing section, but I was told the transfer that just came in to our store is going to be doing EVERYTHING. I'm sooo tired of the bullshit, I could scream!
Solution?
I'm going to get a new job today.
So, wish me lots of luck!
