I don't think you went wrong in life. Not fitting in can make life harder, but it doesn't make you a failure. I think we go through different phases where sometimes it's easier to click with people and sometimes it's not, and likewise sometimes we understand ourselves and sometimes we second guess ourselves and have to figure out who we are all over again. It's okay. Be good to yourself. Find the things you enjoy, and don't feel ashamed to enjoy them. Happiness is worthwhile.
