Been awhile since I prattled on about my goings on.

Got a new job about a month ago now and so far it is working out well. I work for a software company whose first app is designed to help those with a disability live their day to day life more independently by allowing them to plan their day, access social media and the internet and express themselves in general whether that be a good mood or a bad mood. The company itself has been around for a handful of years but recently they started hiring a whole bunch of people (and still are considering one of my duties at the moment is recruitment). Plus we have a sous chef who does lunch for everyone.

Nothing much else has changed although with my flatmate being in a long term relationship now, he plans to move in with his girlfriend somewhere which means I will need to find a new place to live (this place is a bit of a dump anyway and the landlord refuses to make any repairs unless they are absolutely necessary and even then we've waited about a month for an electrician to fix a light switch cover because they are only made with the switch so an electrician has to replace it)

With an income again I can go back to making some purchases for myself but so far not much until the comic store I go to re-opens (once they have finished relocating and setting up which should be done soon).

So far I have had enough free time to do everything I already did do but who knows in the future especially if my flatmate and his girlfriend decide I'm the only choice to give English tutoring to her sister (who works in hospitality ergo I can't teach her anything she doesn't already know except maybe some fancy words which is pointless). I think they are trying to set us up but I am pretty sure she has no interest in me since I'm not some booze skulling risk taker (she can drink quite a bit compared to most Koreans). I'm also not a patient teacher based on having had to do it previously at work and even though operating a photocopier is easy, some people are just too stupid for even the simplest of instruction (or think they can get away with being dumb so they can slack off in which case kick them to the curb because that is where lazy people belong).

No I think romance is not going to be a thing I will ever truly bother with. I have little faith in apps or rather in people using them who are only interested in finding someone handsome to make a baby with who will never have to do any real work because they are pretty and can just use that to make money. Easier to focus on me and just enjoy rolling solo.
