Yeah...I need to get out more...
I've been ill. I've spent the last couple of days sat on the toilet, bent over the toilet or sleeping; oh except for yesterday I dragged my ass into work and just sat around with Emily pretending to do work. The joys of being a shop assistant.
The guy I saw last weekend, who I pretty much thought I'd got rid of because he was too intense and insecure (2 dates and he was telling me he loved me and wanted to have a Pagan marriage?!?), decided to come into work and harass me. The one thing that really annoys me is when people come into where I work, not only because it means they've got me cornered; I have to stay within the shop so I can serve customers (although I could run out the back, get into the stock lift and disappear into the sunset but that might look a bit suss...), but also because it kind of has a familiarity to it which I normally reserve for my close mates. I'm not supposed to have personal visitors at work so when I do it's gotta be someone pretty special for me to bend the rules for them. However, when it's someone stalking me, there isn't really anyway of escaping that.
We went outside and had a chat and I explained I'd been pretty ill and that I wasn't really interested... As soon as he left he started texting me again so I decided I had to stop being nice about it and basically tell him where to go. I think it's worked this time but security have been asked to keep an eye out for him just in case.
On a lighter note, I've got an interview at college! Hurrah! I should be uploading photographs to send them (I'm applying for photography HND) but haven't as yet got round to it. I've been accepted to all the places so far that I've applied for and I'm hoping I'll get accepted to this college as well. This one is closer to home than the rest so Id probably still live with mother dearest but hey, at least I wouldn't have to pay rent!
I've been listening to one of my mates band's a lot recently. They're called Dark Chunk and are rather god damn splendid! They've gone into the studio to record their full length album this month, which means I have no one to help me waste time on msn, but I can't wait to hear it!
They're a 'runk' band, which is a fusion of rock, hip-hop, funk and anything else they damn well like, and they are just such a happy band! Please feel free to check them out here:

i started in this business very young ,, rigging lights ,and i lived in london and worked the various show ,and then got in the union ,after this i moved to los angeles ,and got more gigs and tours ,my advice to you is to stay in your music school , because now things are more technical and i have had to learn it as i go ,i also have light and sound experience
