(Scene: asteroid come hurtling towards earth at lightning speed,
shrinking to a quarter of its size on its entry from space. It's lodged
in the desert, and out crawls an unassuming li'l prince, half-naked and
a bit bedraggled by the standards of those who live here, but what does he
know?

(He takes out his camping gear and realizes there's a lot of people already
here. Everyone's talking to each other, and he recognizes an alien or two
and smiles to himself. Not unlike Dustin Hoffman in Little Big Man, he doesn't
feel he has to reveal his true identity just yet.)

(So he's set himself up, and says to himself

wow, this seems like a nice place. maybe this can be my home for
a little while.

let me put on some music. i've got work to do.

(Dood, he got the new Basement Jaxx a while ago. You know they
have KazAa up there in space there, too! Well, actually not, but let's
just say he gets things like this for services rendered. He really
likes "Hot'n'Cold," and appropriately enough, "Feels Like Home." Don't worry
he'll put on some riskier stuff later.)

boy, i've got a lot to do today. i've already missed yoga and sf
decompression is only two fukcin' weeks away. i need to get to work.

(He'll be with you every now and again, and show you pictures of how this
atmosphere has changed him. The customs of this new place amuse and
interest him greatly.)

i wish my brother george was here.
