Well, I'm back from my Horrorpops / Santa Cruz excursion.
Surprisingly, the opening bands didn't suck, and one of them was quite good, a band called 7 Shot Screamers from St. Louis. Quite a few less people showed up than I thought would, possibly because the venue was alcohol-free. Also, there were no go-go dancers. Nonetheless, the show was fantastic, even if my camera phone isn't:

I was at a comic book store today and they had star wars Munny's. I almost bought a Han Solo Munny, I may going to have to go back and pick it up.
