I bought a birdhouse to paint as a gift for my aunt a couple years ago, and it's been sitting around, primed, ever since.
So with the lack of work lately, and an overabundance of paint (which is rapidly dwindling), I decided to finally finish it. A couple coats of gray paint, and then a dry-brush coat of black, to "age the stone"...
Then, since I was bored, and I thought it still looked kinda plain, I decided to make some ivy for the castle out of clay.
(both the vines and leaves were incredibly fragile, and a pain-in-the-ass to work with 😂)
After a lot of super glue, and a little touch up painting with acrylics, this is the finished product
