Last week a finance start up I worked for let me go for two reasons, performance and I cost to much to employ.
I wanted to be apart of my this business I believe it will be something significant?
How do I get them to not just rehire me but prove myself inexpressible?
Firstly reason for the firing me let break them down.
1. My performance respect to revenue unsustainable.
2. Even if lifted performance scale to budget with my income was off scale.
So what I get them to do is......
Rehire me not in my last role but promote me to a higher position, kpi's are not comparable.
Then I lay out the framework in order to scale up with limited risk.
Sounds crazy but when I tell you that.....
I will do it at no cost to the business for the first two months! I take all the risk!
Work more on a contract basis where I am given the time and space to achieve the results needed.
