so my friend lindsey and i are going to host an all night movie marathon tomorrow night and i hope it will be fun. i have fond memories of this when i was a kid. my mom would host weekend long movie parties where people would come lay around and watch marathon movies for the whole weekend. they would come and go or fall asleep and wake up and continue with the movies. all the while drinking and being generally funny. we've only planned this one for one night, i don't think i'm up for the 72 hour deal, but hopefully it will be as fun as i remember it being. somehow stuff you remember when from when you were younger isn't always as fun as it was when you do it again. i remember how much i used to love atari and a friend of mine found one at a yard sale and got it for me and when i played it, it was like.. uh, this is fuckin stupid.

ahhhhhh memories...
