Well, it's 3am and I am still awake damn it! My whole schedule is wacked out now that Vanny isn't working. I used to go to bed around midnight and sleep until 10am or so...now I'm getting to bed around 2 or 3am and sleeping until 1pm...and we've been getting the kids after school again lately so basically I'm awake for an hour and a half before we have kids here....sigh...I have GOT to start getting to bed earlier.....
I also forgot to mention that last night Vanny went into his oldest's bedroom to tell her she needed to go to bed since it was like 3am and lo and behold she had a needle sticking through her ear! The cartilage!! She pierced her nose a few months ago, but we had to meke her take it out because her mom absolutely had a COW! Vanny had to tell her it was a really deep black head to get her off Amber's case! lol Plus, who do you think she would have blamed for it...hmmm? We're going to let her keep the cartilage since it's really no big deal. We just wish she would tell us this stuff before she goes and starts piercing herself! I mean, she is only 12 after all. She's not all about sterile needles and shit and I told her a cartilage does not heal as fast as a lobe so she's going to have to take much better care of it..sigh..pre-teens! LOL When I was her age I pierced my ears too...it was popular to have the two in one ear and three in the other..that was the cool thing to do...well, my mom wouldn't let me so I just did it myself...of course my parents made me take them all out and I have scars to this day, but it's funny how numerous piercings in your ear was the extreme back then and now it's just normal! lol Anyway, unfortunately I didnt' have any good jewelry for her to stick in her ear..and neither does she. All I have are 14 and 12 guage curved barbells and captive balls and they are much too big to go in her cartilage...and even if she did manage to get them in her ear, they would more than likely get caught on her long hair and get ripped out...so now we have to go buy her something to stick in her ear.
